HOW DO I ORDER?
- Orders are only accepted through our website. You can find all of our current products here! Simply find the design you would like, choose which size you prefer (Men’s or Women’s), which style you prefer, and then 'Add to Cart'. Follow instructions on Check-Out page to complete your purchase.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
- An email confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address you provide during the checkout process that will inform you that we have received your order. You will receive a second confirmation email informing you when your order has been processed that email will include tracking information.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
- We offer free shipping to all Continental U.S. addresses for orders over $100. We're working with a new international shipping provider and hope to offer something similar to our international customers, shortly.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES RJJR ACCEPT?
- We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
HOW CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
- We do not currently offer gift cards but will do so soon,stay tuned.
WHAT COUNTRIES DOES RJJR SHIP TO?
- We ship worldwide.
DO YOU SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?
- Yes, we will ship to valid P.O. Boxes in the United States.
HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN CUSTOMS FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
- Unfortunately, due to the ever-changing nature of import duties/customs fees, we’re not able to predict or provide an estimate.
HOW CAN I SHIP PRODUCTS AS A GIFT?
- During the checkout process, please place the name and address of the gift recipient in the appropriate fields and we will ship the product(s) directly to them. We do not offer any gift wrap or custom notes at this time.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR AND WASH MY RJJR APPAREL? CAN THEY GO IN THE DRYER?
- We recommend washing all apparel clothing inside-out in cold water with similar colors. Do not use bleach. Lay flat to dry. If you must use a dryer, tumble dry on low or no heat.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
- Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or modify an order. Please check your order for accuracy prior to submitting payment.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
- When an order is placed, you will receive an email stating that we've successfully received your order.
- A second email is sent to customers when the order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. This second confirmation email will include tracking information so that you can track your shipment.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
- If you would like to return your order, or a portion of your order, we offer returns within 30 days of your purchase date. The item(s) you wish to return MUST be unworn and in the original packaging and condition. Simply reply to your order confirmation email describing the nature of your return, and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return your item(s). No refunds will be issued until the returned item is received and confirmed to be in its original condition.
- At this time we do not offer free returns nor do we print any return labels for you. You are responsible for return postage.
- We do not accept returns for custom apparel orders as all custom apparel sales are final.
